2017-14512 Special Local Regulations; Safety Zones; Recurring Marine Events in Sector Columbia River Rule The Coast Guard is establishing a special local regulation in the Coast Guard Captain of the Port Columbia River Zone for recurring marine events. During the recurring events, these regulated areas would be activated and would restrict vessels from portions of the waterway.
