2017-04944 Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Russian River Estuary Management Activities Rule NMFS, upon request from the Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA), issues these regulations pursuant to the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) to govern the incidental taking of marine mammals incidental to Russian River estuary management activities in Sonoma County, California, over the course of five years (2017-2022).
