2017-03990 Review of Foreign Ownership Policies for Broadcast, Common Carrier and Aeronautical Radio Licensees Rule The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) published a document revising Commission rules applicable to foreign ownership of broadcast, common carrier, aeronautical en route and aeronautical fixed radio station licensees. Due to an error in the effective date language, the Commission's rules were prematurely removed from the CFR.
