2017-03185 Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Patient Records; Delay of Effective Date Rule On January 18, 2017, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) published a final rule on Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Patient Records. That rule is scheduled to take effect on February 17, 2017.
