By this application, WCS is requesting authorization to construct and operate a Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (CISF) for spent nuclear fuel at WCS's facility in Andrews County, Texas. The NRC is preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) to document the potential environmental impacts from the proposed action.
