2017-01801 Regulation Automated Trading Proposed Rule On November 4, 2016, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Commission") approved a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking for Regulation AT ("Supplemental NPRM"). The Supplemental NPRM modifies certain rules proposed in the Commission's December 2015 notice of proposed rulemaking for Regulation AT. The Supplemental NPRM was published in the Federal Register on November 25, 2016, with a 90- day comment period closing on January 24, 2017.
