2016-30622 Request for Comments and Recommendations on a Revised Methodology To Track the Extent to Which Moving to Work Agencies Continue To Serve Substantially the Same Number of Eligible Families Notice This Notice solicits comments and recommendations on developing a revised methodology to be used to track the extent to which Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) in the Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration Program are meeting the statutory requirement in Section 204 of the Omnibus Consolidated Rescissions and Appropriations Act of 1996, (1996 MTW Statute) to serve substantially the same number of families had they not combined their funds under the MTW Demonstration Program.
