2016-29843 Potassium Permanganate From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the 2015 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review Notice The Department of Commerce (the "Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty ("AD") order on potassium permanganate from the People's Republic of China (the "PRC"). The period of review ("POR") is January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. The Department preliminarily determines that Potassium Permanganate from the PRC is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value ("LTFV"), as provided in section 733 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). The estimated weighted-average dumping margin is shown in the "Preliminary Determination" section of this notice.
