2016-29571 Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Mexico: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2014-2015 Notice In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Mexico, covering the period April 24, 2014, through October 31, 2015. The review covers Deacero S.A.P.I de C.V. (Deacero), and Grupo Simec S.A.B. de C.V. (Grupo Simec). We preliminarily determine that Deacero made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), and that Grupo Simec did not.
