Pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"), and 19 CFR 351.216, the Department preliminarily determines that Inmax Sdn. Bhd. ("Inmax Sdn") and Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("Inmax Industries") (collectively, "Inmax") should be collapsed and assigned the same AD cash deposit rate for purposes of determining AD liability in this proceeding.
