2016-28982 Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review: Stainless Steel Bar From Spain Notice On October 26, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published the notice of initiation and preliminary results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty ("AD") order on stainless steel bar ("SSB") from Spain. The Department preliminarily determined that Sidenor Aceros Especiales S.L. ("Sidenor") is the successor-in-interest to Gerdau Aceros Especiales Europa S.L. ("Gerdau") for purposes of the AD order and, as such, is entitled to Gerdau's cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject merchandise. We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results.
