2016-28622 Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes Proposed Rule We are revising an earlier proposal to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2014-16-02 for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model CL-600- 1A11 (CL-600) airplanes. This action revises the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) by reducing the compliance time to modify the thrust reversers, and adding new modification procedures. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
