2016-27969 Allocations, Common Application, Waivers, and Alternative Requirements for Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Grantees Notice This notice allocates $500 million in Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery (CDBG-DR) funds appropriated by the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2017 for the purpose of assisting long- term recovery in Louisiana, Texas and West Virginia. This notice describes applicable waivers and alternative requirements, relevant statutory provisions for grants provided under this notice, the grant award process, criteria for plan approval, and eligible disaster recovery activities.
