2016-27887 Pay Administration Under the Fair Labor Standards Act Proposed Rule The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to revise the regulations issued under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended ("FLSA" or "Act"). The revised regulations are intended to provide a clearer understanding of coverage under the Act and to ensure that the FLSA's intended overtime protections are fully implemented.
