2016-27310 Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 777-300ER series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that certain galley tripod mount assemblies were not connected to the tie rods in the overhead support structure. This proposed AD would require an inspection of certain galleys for the presence of the hardware that connects the tripod mount assembly to the tie rods in the overhead support structure, and corrective actions if necessary.
