2016-26486 Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request Notice The FTC is submitting the information collection requirements described below to the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act ("PRA"). The FTC is seeking public comments on proposed information requests to marketers of electronic cigarettes ("e-cigarettes"). The FTC proposes to issue compulsory process orders to up to 15 e-cigarette manufacturers, distributors, and marketers per year for information concerning, among other things, data on annual sales and marketing expenditures.
