2016-25568 Promoting the Availability of Diverse and Independent Sources of Video Programming Proposed Rule In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) proposes to adopt rules that prohibit certain practices some multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs) use in their negotiations for carriage of video programming that may impede competition, diversity, and innovation in the video marketplace.
