2016-23578 Notice of Arrival for Importations of Pesticides and Pesticidal Devices Rule This document amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations pertaining to the importation of pesticides and pesticidal devices into the United States subject to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Specifically, CBP is amending the regulations to permit the option of filing an electronic alternative to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) "Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices" (NOA) paper form, with entry documentation, via any CBP-authorized electronic data interchange system. This change will support modernization initiatives, including implementation of the International Trade Data System (ITDS).
