2016-21543 Revisions to the Entity List Rule This final rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by revising the license requirement to apply to all items subject to the EAR for twelve Chinese entities on the Entity List. These revisions are made in order to address national security concerns resulting from the removal of certain subparagraphs of Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) 5A992, 5D992 and 5E992 that occurs in the 2015 Wassenaar Implementation rule, which is also published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register.
