2016-18507 Guidelines for Appeals of Material Supervisory Determinations Notice The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") proposes to amend its Guidelines for Appeals of Material Supervisory Determinations (Guidelines) so that institutions have additional avenues of redress with respect to these determinations and for greater consistency with the appeals process of the other Federal banking agencies.
