| 2016-17410 | Clean Data Determination for 1997 PM2.5 Standards; California-South Coast; Applicability of Clean Air Act Requirements | Rule | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to determine that the South Coast air quality planning area in California has attained the 1997 annual and 24-hour fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standards. This determination is based upon complete (or otherwise validated), quality- assured and certified ambient air monitoring data showing that the area has monitored attainment of the 1997 annual and 24-hour PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS based on the 2011-2013 monitoring period, and that all complete data available since that time period indicate that the area continues to attain. Based on the above determination, the requirements for this area to submit certain state implementation plan (SIP) revisions related to attainment shall be suspended for so long as the area continues to attain the 1997 annual and 24-hour PM<INF>2.5</INF> standards. | 2016-07-25 | 2016 | 7 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2016/07/25/2016-17410/clean-data-determination-for-1997-pm25-standards-california-south-coast-applicability-of-clean-air | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2016-07-25/pdf/2016-17410.pdf | Environmental Protection Agency | 145 | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to determine that the South Coast air quality planning area in California has attained the 1997 annual and 24-hour fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standards.... |
