2016-17072 Update to Transcript Correction Procedures Rule The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulation that governs the correction of official transcripts for agency adjudicatory proceedings. The current regulation has not been substantively updated since it was adopted in 1962 and the NRC's internal procedures have evolved since that time to incorporate technological development.
