2016-15693 Final Procedures for Conducting Hearings on Conformance With the Acceptance Criteria in Combined Licenses Notice The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has finalized generic procedures for conducting hearings on whether acceptance criteria in combined licenses are met.
