2016-15020 Record Retention Requirements Rule The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the "FDIC") is adopting a final rule that implements section 210(a)(16)(D) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (the "Dodd-Frank Act" or the "Act").
