2016-14035 Clearing Requirement Determination Under Section 2(h) of the CEA for Interest Rate Swaps Proposed Rule The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission or CFTC) is proposing to amend the Commission's rules to establish a new clearing requirement under the pertinent section of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA).
