2016-12056 Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Airplanes Rule We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus Model A330-200 and -300 series airplanes, Model A330-200 Freighter series airplanes, and Model A340-541 and A340-642 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of an under-torqued forward engine mount bolt. This AD requires a one-time torque check of the forward and aft engine mount bolts and corrective actions if necessary.
