2016-10015 Department of Labor Implementation of OMB Guidance on Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension Rule The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is removing its regulations implementing the government-wide common rule on nonprocurement debarment and suspension, currently located in Part 98 of Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and adopting the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) guidance at Title 2 of the CFR. This regulatory action implements the OMB's initiative to streamline and consolidate into one title of the CFR all Federal regulations on nonprocurement debarment and suspension.
