This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on the navigable waters during the event. This special local regulation will be enforced daily on June 3rd and 4th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP) Jacksonville or a designated representative.
