2016-00313 Administrative Debt Collection Procedures Rule The FTC is publishing procedures for the administrative collection of debts, including those arising under judgments and orders of the Commission. These procedures, where applicable, will allow the use of administrative offset and tax refund offset to satisfy such debts. The use of these tools is expected to enhance the FTC's enforcement and collection efforts.
