| 2015-31427 | Citric Acid and Certain Citrate Salts From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2013-2014 | Notice | On June 8, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published the preliminary results of the fifth administrative review ("AR") of the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts ("citric acid") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act").\1\ On October 27, 2015, the Department issued Post-Preliminary Results \2\ in this AR. The period of review ("POR") for the AR is May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014. The review covers three companies, RZBC Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("RZBC I&E"),\3\ Laiwu Taihe Biochemistry Co., Ltd. ("Taihe"), and Yixing Union Biochemical Ltd. ("Yixing Union"). Based on our analysis of the comments received, we made certain changes to our Post- Preliminary Results.
