This proposed AD was prompted by an evaluation by the design approval holder (DAH) indicating that the forward engine mounts are subject to widespread fatigue damage (WFD). This proposed AD would require repetitive detailed inspections of the right and left forward engine mounts, and corrective action if necessary. These inspections are required by AD 2015-05-02. This proposed AD would reduce the compliance times for those inspections.
