2015-27447 Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model 767 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that certain splice plate locations of the aft pressure bulkhead web are hidden and cannot be inspected using existing manufacturer service information. This proposed AD would require repetitive open-hole high frequency eddy current (HFEC) inspections for cracking of the aft pressure bulkhead web.
