2015-26136 Railroad Safety Advisory Committee; Notice of Meeting Notice FRA announces the fifty-fourth meeting of the RSAC, a Federal Advisory Committee that develops railroad safety regulations through a consensus process. The RSAC meeting topics will include opening remarks from the FRA Acting Administrator and the Associate Administrator for Railroad Safety and Chief Safety Officer. Briefings will be provided on recent FRA-issued safety advisories, and recent Notices of Proposed Rulemakings and status reports will be provided by the Remote Control Locomotive and Risk Reduction Working Groups.
