2015-25408 Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Information Collection Revision; Comment Request (3064-0189) Notice The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a revision of a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act, Federal Agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning proposed information collection revisions and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.
