Rehabilitation Training: Vocational Rehabilitation Workforce Innovation Technical Assistance Center Rule The Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative Services announces a priority under the Rehabilitation Training program. The Assistant Secretary may use this priority for competitions in fiscal year 2015 and later years.
