2015-19856 Occupational Safety and Health Research and Related Activities; Administrative Functions, Practices, and Procedures Proposed Rule The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) proposes the removal of its regulations pertaining to administrative functions, practices, and procedures for occupational safety and health research and related activities conducted by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
