2015-19394 Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection, Comment Request, Foreign Board of Trade Registration Notice The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC" or "Commission") is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act ("PRA"), Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information and to allow 60 days for public comment. The Commission adopted on December 5, 2011, a final rule, as authorized by the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ("Dodd-Frank Act"), requiring foreign boards of trade ("FBOT") that wish to provide their identified members or other participants located in the United States with direct access to their electronic trading and order matching systems to register with the Commission.
