2015-18304 Airworthiness Directives; Viking Air Limited Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Viking Air Limited Model DHC-3 airplanes. This proposed AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as reports of corrugation cracking found at various wing stations and on the main spar lower cap.
