2015-16700 Safety Zone-Oil Exploration Staging Area in Dutch Harbor, AK Rule The Coast Guard is establishing temporary safety zones in the Port of Dutch Harbor, Broad Bay or adjacent navigable waters in the Dutch Harbor area on June 15, 2015.
