2015-12775 Systems for Telephonic Notification of Unsafe Conditions at Highway-Rail and Pathway Grade Crossings Rule The purpose of this document is to update the current schedule of civil penalties for violations of FRA's grade crossing safety regulations by adding recommended civil penalty amounts for violations of specific requirements contained in a recently added subpart.
