2015-08078 Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Small-Mesh Multispecies Specifications Proposed Rule The purpose of this action is to set the small-mesh multispecies specifications for the 2015-2017 fishing years, clarify what measures can be modified in a specifications package, and to correct the northern red hake accountability measure trigger rate.
