This notice invites comment on a proposed revision of the information collection entitled Possession, Use, and Transfer of Select Agents and Toxins (OMB Control No. 0920-0576). CDC is requesting Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to continue to collect information under the select agent regulations through the use of five forms: (1) Application for Registration for Possession.
