NPF-14 and NPF-22 for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2. The proposed amendment would have changed Technical Specification (TS) Surveillance Requirements 3.8.1.9, 3.8.1.11, 3.8.1.12, and 3.8.1.19 in TS 3.8.1, "AC Sources--Operating."
