2015-02282 Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes Rule We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Bombardier, Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of dislodged engine fan cowl panels. This AD requires installing additional attaching hardware on the left and right fan cowl access panels and the nacelle attaching structures.
