This approval covers the labeling approval process whereby establishments are to submit their labels to FSIS for approval or maintain files related to generic labeling. This package also covers the recordkeeping burden for packaging material letters of guarantee for safety. Lastly, this package contains the recordkeeping burden imposed on establishments that produce mechanically separated poultry.
