2014-28729 Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan for PM2.5; Yuba City-Marysville; California Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve, as a revision of the California state implementation plan (SIP), the State's request to redesignate the Yuba City-Marysville nonattainment area to attainment for the 2006 24-hour fine particulate matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard. The EPA is also taking final action to approve the PM<INF>2.5</INF> maintenance plan and the associated motor vehicle emissions budgets for use in transportation conformity determinations necessary for the Yuba City-Marysville area. Finally, the EPA is taking final action to approve the attainment year emissions inventory.
