2014-27665 Professional U.S. Scouting Organization Operations at U.S. Military Installations Overseas Proposed Rule This rule updates policy and outlines fiscal and logistical support the DoD may provide to qualified scouting organizations operating on U.S. military installations overseas based on Executive Order 12715, Support of Overseas Scouting Activities for Military Dependents and appropriate statute as discussed below.
