2014-27325 Tribal Policy Statement Notice The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is making available for public comment the proposed Policy Statement, "NRC Tribal Policy Statement." The proposed policy statement establishes principles to be followed by the NRC to ensure effective government-to- government interactions with American Indian and Alaska Native Tribes, and to encourage and facilitate Tribal involvement in the areas over which the Commission has jurisdiction.
