2014-27252 Railroad Safety Advisory Committee; Notice of Meeting Notice FRA announces the fifty-second meeting of the RSAC, a Federal Advisory Committee that develops railroad safety regulations through a consensus process. The RSAC meeting topics will include opening remarks from the FRA Administrator, and status reports will be provided by the Tourist and Historic, Recording Devices, and Rail Integrity Working Groups. A status report will also be provided by the Engineering Task Force. FRA will propose a new task for committee consideration regarding remotely controlled locomotives.
