| 2014-26850 | Agency Information Collection Activities; New Information Collection: State Commercial Driver's License Program Plan | Notice | In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FMCSA announces its plan to submit the Information Collection Request (ICR) described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its review and approval and invites public comment. The FMCSA requests approval of a new ICR titled, "State Commercial Driver's License Program Plan." as a result of requirements from Section 32305 of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21), Public Law 112-141, dated July 6, 2012. The Act requires States to submit a plan to the Secretary describing the actions the State will take to address any deficiencies in the State's commercial driver's license (CDL) program, as identified by the Secretary in the most recent audit of the program.
